EU Project Staff Member

Drive the Projects that Power the Energy Transition

Want to understand how the "EU Green Deal" gets implemented on the ground? This is your opportunity.

ECCSEL ERIC is the world’s largest research infrastructure for Carbon Capture (CCUS) and Removal (CDR). We connect over 150 facilities across 7 European countries. To keep this massive infrastructure expanding and developing, we rely on external funding and complex European projects.

We are looking for an EU Project Staff Member to join our Operations Centre in Trondheim. You will work directly with our Director of Operations & Projects, ensuring that our portfolio of EU-funded grants runs smoothly, compliantly, and effectively. This is a high-exposure role where you will master the ins and outs of grant agreements, consortium management, and international collaboration.

"In this role, you are the engine that keeps our projects moving. You will be working closely with me and our team to ensure that we don't just win proposals, but deliver on them with excellence. We are a lean team handling a large portfolio, so I am looking for someone who loves structure, spots the details others miss, and is eager to learn how European research infrastructure really works. Looking forward to meeting you!"
— Volker Röhling, Director of Operations & Projects
