The race to Net Zero isn't a sprint anymore. It’s a marathon, and the pace is picking up. ECCSEL ERIC is the world’s largest Research Infrastructure for CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilisation, and Storage) and CDR (Carbon Dioxide Removal). We connect over 155 world-class research facilities across 7 European countries. We provide the physical hardware that scientists need to solve the climate crisis. But hardware needs software, networks need connectors, and big projects need structure. To support the European Industrial Carbon Management Strategy, we are expanding our Operations Centre (HQ) in Trondheim, Norway. We are looking for three exceptional talents to join our team. Are you one of them? We are currently accepting applications for the following permanent positions.

Digitalisation & Data Management Lead

We need someone to turn the massive scientific output of our network into the intelligence that shapes our infrastructure. This is not a standard IT support role. It is a strategic position where you will architect the "digital backbone" of ECCSEL. You will define how data is collected across Europe, validate our impact, and drive initiatives in AI and digitalisation.

You are: Analytical, structured, and experienced (2+ years) in handling complex datasets.

The Goal: Bridge the gap between distributed facilities and centralized intelligence.
