Statutes

How is ECCSEL ERIC organised? What are its central responsibilities? What decision-making bodies does it have and what rights and duties do the various bodies have?

Those questions are being defined in the statutes which is adopted by the current member countries of ECCSEL, as well as the European Commission.

Governance

The governance body of ECCSEL ERIC is the General Assembly (GA), the Executive Director, the Research Infrastructure Coordination Committee (RICC) and the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).

General Assembly

The General Assembly (GA) is the highest governing body of ECCSEL and decides on its scientific, administrative and technical matters. It is composed of up to two ministerial representatives per Member country:
